Hong Kong Park

  Central

Hong Kong Park FountainHong Kong Park is another oasis in Central. In addition to landscaped ares, children's playground, fountains and a greenhouse, this is where you'll find a spectacular walk-in aviary with over 90 species of birds and the largest squash centre in Hong Kong.

This Park, being built at a cost of $398 million and opened in May 1991, covers 8 hectares in Central and is an outstanding example of modern design and facilities blending with the natural landscape.

Looking towards Victoria Harbour, you could see the many office skyscrapers of Central. If you turn a 180 angle, you would see the summit of Victoria Peak & the affluent Mid - Level condominiums.

In the park, there are many beautiful gardens & paths set out for the public. Over 600 birds, 70 mammals and 40 reptiles are being housed in about 40 places. There are also over 1000 species of flora, arranged to show their true beauty. It is a really pretty place to visit & enjoy!
